Skywoks announces the release of new SPDT switch SKY13592-689LF , for switching modes in WLAN applications, such as the ISM-band radios, smart phones and communication modules. This device is capable of surely operate in the range of 1.0 to 6.0 GHz, it uses advanced switching technology that provides low insertion loss and high isolation of switched lines.
Key Features SKY13592-689LF switch:
high linearity (IP0.1 dB = +30 dBm) and low insertion loss (0.5 dB @ 2.45 GHz), making it an ideal choice for low-power transmitting / receiving applications;
high isolation: a typical value of 35 dB @ 2.45 GHz;
