Skyworks is SKY66112-11 - the new 2.4 GHz fully integrated front-end, designed to support wireless protocols ZigBee®, Thread, and the next generation of high-performance Bluetooth® 5. This device is currently the most efficient in the world solution for Internet of Things applications (IoT), especially the "connected home", wireless and industrial markets, and is suitable for use in powered devices from batteries in the sensors of safety and smoke, IP-cameras, wireless door locks, home appliances, smart thermostats and lighting systems.

It has an integrated power amplifier (PA) with output power up to 21 dBm;

increases the radius of more than 2 times in comparison with the solution on a single SoC;

operates over a wide supply voltage range from 1.2 to 3.6, it can be used in various applications;

low current consumption: 90 mA at 20 dBm Pout = 45 mA at Pout = 13 dBm;

a low noise amplifier (LNA) with a noise figure of 2 dB and the antenna switch for all modes, including bypass;

stands fast on / off for no more than 800 ns;

supplied compact multichip module in a 22-pin package size 3,5x3,0x0,965 mm.
