Skyworks is its portfolio of solutions for the infrastructure of cable TV (CATV), designed for cable applications the DOCSIS 3.1 and EuroDOCSIS 3.1. The new product series includes Ultra-RF Amplifiers ACA1216 and ACA2429 , designed for the switchgear and cable television hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) distribution systems, extenders including lines, network nodes and system amplifiers. Skyworks will put the two decisions to «Electronica» exhibition in Munich from 8 to 11 November 2016.
Features ACA1216 :

high ratio of the output gain stage for HFC amplifiers, which require the highest efficiency of delivery of bits and low power consumption;

multi-mode ICs with two parallel amplifiers operating from a power source 12 and forming the cheapest in the industry dvuhbalansny amplifier based on the value of each bit is delivered;

symmetrical amps are optimized for exceptionally low distortion and low noise figure, providing a flat gain and excellent return loss at the input / output;

better performance and error-free content delivery at a power up to +56 dBmV per channel;

a compact 16-pin package, reducing the overall cost.
Features ACA2429 :

two parallel amplifiers with high linearity, optimized for exceptionally low distortion and high power output;

built-GaN output stage in order to reduce the operating current (offset), making it an excellent choice for eco-friendly "green" developments;

high gain in the range of 50 to 1218 MHz band for the outgoing, the cascading execution between the two balun transmission lines;

thermally enhanced 16-pin SOIC wide body with a metal heat sink.
